Mumbai: Salman Khan has released most of his films since ‘Wanted’ on Eid. Fans of the hunk of a superstar look forward to Eid to watch his films. This year, the Bollywood heavyweight’s ‘Tubelight’ is all set to release, but fans may also have to wait for Christmas 2019 (for a change) to watch another upcoming film of his.
According to a report in Bollywoodlife.com, originally attributed to Mumbai Mirror, the makers of ‘Kick’ are working on the script for its sequel and producer Sajid Nadiadwala has reportedly opted for 2019 Christmas to release the film. Christmas is a festival “booked” by Aamir Khan; Mr Perfectionist’s ‘Dhoom 3’, ‘PK’, ‘Dangal’ were released in December.
The sequel will take off from where it had ended in ‘Kick’.
Also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Randeep Hooda and Jacqueline Fernandez, ‘Kick’ which released in 2014 turned out to be a blockbuster at the Box Office.
