Mumbai: The cute little girl who made her debut with Karan Johar’s ‘The Student of the Year’ has now become one of the most sought after actresses in the Tinsel Town. Alia Bhatt, the adorable ‘Dulhania’ of hearts is here to stay and play a very long innings.
After tasting success with her commendable performances as an actor, Alia, is reportedly contemplating film production.
According to a report in DNA, Alia is keen on taking up production as a parallel career option.
“Alia has certain subjects in mind that she wants to do. But no producer is willing to invest money in such out-of-the-box stories. Alia therefore wants to do her own thing. She will produce films for herself as well as for other actors,” DNA quoted a source as saying.
Well if this report turns out to be true, then Alia will be the third from actresses of this new generation to produce films. Both Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma have emerged as successful producers wearing thinking caps.
