Mumbai: Deepika Padukone’s first look in and as Padmavati will be unveiled Thursday, suggests @FilmPadmavati. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film also stars Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.

Going by the tweet it looks likely that the first look of Rani Padmavati will be revealed tomorrow post sunrise.
And we are sure fans of Deepika will be thrilled to see it.
The magnum opus presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Bhansali Productions will have music composed by the filmmaker himself.
This will be rumoured lovebirds Ranveer and Deepika’s third venture with the ace director who has delivered blockbusters like ‘Goliyon ki Raasleela- Ram Leela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’ with these actors on board.
‘Padmavati’ ran into controversy owing to its historical content. A certain group felt that the film would distort history and in a fit of rage, sets were vandalised and great damage was caused to the property.
Later, the filmmakers clarified that their film will portray history as is and not depict in any other way.
Slated to release on November 17, ‘Padmavati’ marks Shahid’s first film with Bhansali.
