New Delhi: Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) on Saturday reported three percent growth in its total sales for May 2013 at 2,29,006 units.
The company's total sales stood at 2,21,549 units in the corresponding month last year.
Motorcycle sales declined by four percent to 91,283 units in May 2013 from 95,423 units in May 2012, HMSI said in a statement.
The company reported an increase of nine percent in its scooter sales at 1,37,723 units from 126,126 units in May 2012, it said.
