New Delhi: The much awaited launch of Tata Zest has been postponed till 2015. As per latest reports, the car is now slated to be launched by early 2015.
Meanwhile sources have revealed that the car will come with a 1.2 litre Revotron turbocharged petrol engine as well as a 1.3 litre Quadrajet diesel engine.
It is learnt that the vehicle will be priced in the Rs 7 lakh price range and will compete with Maruti Suzuki Swift, Ford Figo, Volkswagen Polo, Chevrolet Beat and Hyundai i10 in its category.
Tata Bolt will also come with a center console, MapMyIndia GPS system, infotainment system and an electric power steering on board.
This will be the second passenger vehicle from the Tata Motors stable after the recent launch of Tata Zest in August this year. Zest has already received 10,000 bookings since its launch.
