New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) has rolled out crossover vehicle S-Cross at an introductory price range of Rs 8.34 lakh and Rs 13.74 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Here are five key features of the vehicle.
Engine
The S-cross comes in only diesel engine–DDiS 320 and DDiS 200 . The 1.6l DDiS 320 diesel engine is the biggest by Maruti Suzuki. This engine gives a torque of 320Nm @ 1750rpm and has a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT). The 1.3l diesel engine with Variable Geometry Turbocharger generates optimum power and excellent torque of 200Nm @ 1750rpm.
Interior
The S-Cross has a spacious interior with good seating. It has soft touch dashboard, adjustable rear seatbacks, luxurious upholstery, overhead console with map lamps and a holder for sunglasses. The car has retractable center armrest is incorporated with two cup holders. The S-cross has front airbags for the driver and passenger.
Exterior
The S-cross comes with 40.64 cm alloy wheels, side skid, rear skid & front skid plate garnish, aerodynamic outside rear view mirrors and wheel arch extension. It has auto hid projector headlamps, auto rain sensing wipers and premium integrated roof rails.
Entertainment
The S-cross comes with smart play infotainment system featuring a range of specifications like TFT display with touchscreen, bluetooth connectivity, smartphone connectivity and media connectivity. There is steering mounted audio and voice controls for controlling your sound system. The voice command feature enables you to give verbal commands for navigation, playing music and making phone calls.
Dimension
The S-cross has overall length of 4,300(mm), overall width of 1,765 (mm) , overall height (with Roof Rail) of 1,590 (mm). It has a wheelbase of 2,600 (mm), turning radius 5.2 (m) with a seating capacity for five people.
