New Delhi: The new Apple iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 which are up for pre-order on e-commerce websites like Flipkart and Infibeam will be available in India from November 29.
The new iPad Air 2 with Wi-Fi models is priced at Rs 35,900 for the 16GB model, Rs 42,900 for the 64GB and Rs 49,900 for the 128GB.
iPad Air 2 with Wi-Fi + Cellular models are also available for pre-order on online stores for a suggested retail price of Rs 45,900 for the 16GB model, Rs 52,900 for the 64GB model and Rs 59,900 for the 128GB model.
On the other hand, the new Apple iPad mini 3 with Wi-Fi model costs of Rs 28,900 for the 16GB model, Rs 35,900 for the 64GB model and Rs 42,900 for the 128GB model.
The iPad mini 3 with Wi-Fi + Cellular models is priced at Rs 38,900 for the 16GB model, Rs 45,900 for the 64GB model and Rs 52,900 for the 128GB model.
The iPad Air 2 comes preloaded with the latest iOS 8.1 update, due to issues with network connections and the lack of Camera Roll in iOS 8. The camera on the tablet has been upgraded with an 8MP sensor and now gives users slow motion and time lapse along with 1080p Full HD recording.
There are three colour options for both the iPads; space grey, white and gold.
It supports the faster 802.11ac Wi-Fi with Multiple-In-Multiple-Out (MIMO) and supports 20 LTE bands more than any other device out there.
