New Delhi: Google will finally launch its Android One smartphones in India on Monday even as competition is booming up in the multi-billion dollar Indian smartphone market.

To be priced below $100 (around Rs 6,000 approximately), there is no doubt that the Google handsets will only add to the already existing competition in the market.

Google's Android One smartphones will be from Spice, Micromax and Karbonn, all Indian smartphone makers.

Meanwhile, e-commerce companies such as Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal are in tough competition for the Android One device market leader in India.

Following the success of Chinese smartphone, Xiaomi being sold exclusively on Flipkart, online retails have become the way to reach out to the people.

As per reports, Flipkart and Snapdeal will be exclusively selling Android One smartphones from Spice and Karbonn, respectively, while Amazon will sell handsets from Micromax.

Earlier, Flipkart leaked Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498 smartphone, priced at Rs 6,999 on its website.
