Lenovo A7-50 voice calling tablet launched at Rs 15,999

Lenovo is now concentrating on the tablet segment after launching mobile handsets in the Indian market.

New Delhi: Chinese Pc maker Lenovo has launched Android-based A7-50 tablet in Indian market with a price tag of Rs 15,999.

Lenovo is now concentrating on the tablet segment after launching mobile handsets in the Indian market. The tablet had already been launched across the world in April this year.

A7-50 comes with the voice calling feature, a 7-inch display screen with a HD resolution and single SIM support. Presently it runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean but the company will provide with an updated software, KitKat, later.

The gadget comes with a dual-camera. It has a 5MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera. It is a superb feature for video-calling, web chatting and taking selfies. Any gadget which offers a front camera and enables taking selfies gets a brownie point from the consumer.

If we talk about connectivity, A7-50 includes 3G, WiFi, A-GPS, GPRS, micro USB and bluetooth.

The tablet packs a 3450mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 8 hours of usage time. The tablet is available in midnight blue colour.

Other features offered by the tablet are, 1.3 GHz Quad Core Processor, it has 1GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage which is expandable to 32 GB via microSD card. The tablet also comes preloaded with Lenovo’s app suite.
