New Delhi: Homegrown smartphone maker Micromax isset to launch its affordable Canvas Spark smartphone in India on April 21 (Tuesday). The smartphone will compete with Xiaomi Redmi 2 and the Motorola Moto E (Gen 2).
Micromax Canvas Spark will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. The smartphone is expected to sport a 720p HD IPS LCD touchscreen. As per the teasers, Canvas Spark will sport a display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Detailed specifications of the smartphone are not yet out.
The smartphone will go on sale exclusively through Snapdeal carrying a price tag of around Rs 6000.
