New Delhi: Indian handset maker Micromax has launched two new budget smartphones in India, the Canvas Selfie 2 and Canvas Selfie 3.
Here are some highlights of the phones.
•The Canvas Selfie 2 has a 5" FWVGA(854x480p) display with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and 1GB RAM.
•It packs a 5MP camera with an OV sensor on the front and rear, and 8GB internal storage.
•The phone is powered by a 2000mAh battery, runs on Android Lollipop, and is priced at Rs 5,999.
•The Canvas Selfie 2 will be available across online and offline stores from August 22.
•Canvas Selfie 3 has a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage.
•It packs a 4.8" HD AMOLED screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, an 8MP rear cam with
BlueGlass, and an 8MP front cam with an LED flash.
•The phone is powered by a 2300mAh battery, and will be available in the last week of August. No price has been announced yet.
