Motorola slashes price of Moto 360 smartwatch

It is available only on e-retailor Flipkart. As per the listing, the new price is valid until stocks last or till the offer ends.

New Delhi: Motorola has slashed the price for its Moto 360 smartwatch in India by Rs 5,000. The leather strap variant is now available at Rs 12,999 while the metal band version cost Rs 14,999. The Moto 360 was earlier priced at Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999 for the leather and metal band respectively.

It is available only on e-retailor Flipkart. As per the listing, the new price is valid until stocks last or till the offer ends.

Launched in India in September 2014, the Moto 360 sports 1.56-inch backlit LCD display with 320x290p resolution. It comes with the option of a light or dark stainless steel case, and grey or black Horween leather band. The watch has 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The smartwatch comes with a full day's battery backup.

The device comes with a Pedometer that counts the number of steps the user takes and also comes with a optical heart rate monitor. The IP67-certified Moto 360 is water-resistant and also supports wireless charging.
