New Delhi: Even as Nokia's quelled all rumours regarding the development of an Android-based smartphone, rumours refuse to die down.

EvLeaks strikes again. This latest picture outlines the possible user interface of the Nokia Normandy. It appears to be a heavily customised version of Google's mobile OS with dual bars, suggestive of dual-SIM capabilities, single hardware presence indicative of a shift from Android's three-button hardware interface.

The single button presence suggests that the phone will sport gesture controls as the main button is intertwined with the back button command.

Benchmark website Antutu has detailed the specifications of the prodigal Nokia Normandy on Weibo.

The screenshot also shows that the phone will have notifications built into the lock screen. Missed calls, reminders and texts can be seen here. There's also the SkypeUI in there as well.

To give you the rundown of the alleged specifications, Nokia Normandy aka A110 is seen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running on Android 4.4.1 KitKat. There's also a report stating that the phone carries a 854 x 480p display along with a 5MP camera.

While leaked images and specs could mean the phone, that has yet to see the light of day, still be in production. Or this is a remnant of what could have been if Nokia had ventured into Android territory.
