New Delhi: South Korean electronic giant Samsung on Monday launched their much awaited Galaxy Note 5 in India with a starting price of Rs 53,900.
The phablet, which comes with S Pen stylus, will be available in India from September 20 in the market.
Below are some details of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
- Samsung launched their new Galaxy Note 5 at their event Monday, the latest in their line of ultra-large phablets with the S Pen stylus.
- The Galaxy Note 5 uses the same glass and metal motif in the new Galaxy S6 Edge and Edge+, with an aluminium body and a rounded back Gorilla Glass 4 panel.
- The 3.5mm jack, micro USB and S Pen slot all sit on the bottom. The phone is available in Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, and Silver Titanium
- The Galaxy Note 5 packs a 64-bit 2.1GHz octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with 4GB DDR4 RAM.
- It has a large 5.7-inch quadHD (2560x1440) super AMOLED display at 518 ppi, with a 16MP rear cam and 5MP front cam, both f/1.9.
- The phone is powered by a 3000mAh battery with fast charging and wireless charging support.
- Samsung claims your phone can get a full charge through your wireless charger in just under two hours.
- The Galaxy Note 5 has a single micro SIM with 4G support, and is available in two storage variants, 32GB and 64GB.
- Samsung has also added a bunch of new features to the Note 5, especially where their S Pen stylus is concerned.
- It has an Auto Eject feature, so you can just click the button and the stylus will pop out.
- The new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be available from September 20 at a wallet-shredding price of Rs 53,900 for the 32GB version, and Rs 59,900 for the 64GB version.
