Smartwatch that lets you make calls now available in India

A smartwatch that lets users make calls, just as they would from their phones, is now available in India. Intex, an Indian smartphone manufacturers, announced the launch of its smartwatch 'Irist' on Wednesday. The smartwatch is available for sale on ebay.in.

*The watch, priced at Rs.9,999, has unique features such as allowing users to make and receive calls, text messages, click pictures apart from features that monitor the health of the wearer.

*To make calls, all the user needs to do is sync the watch with their smartphone that has an OS of Android 4.3 or higher.

*Intex's Irist scores with a 5mp camera, is SIM-enabled, allows 3G connectivity and has a 1.2 GHz dual core processor.
