Xiaomi launches 5.5-inch Phablet Redmi Note in India

This phablet will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart on December 2 (about 50,000 units).

New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi on Monday launched its Redmi Note Phablet 3G in India priced at Rs 8,999. This phablet will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart on December 2 (about 50,000 units).

One will have to register in advance for this phone. Registration will start from 2:00 p.m. on November 25.

Notably there is also a 4G version of this phone price Rs 9,999 which is coming to India in mid of December. It will be available only at Airtel flagship stores in six cities where LTE services has been rolled out. It will be first 4G device in India under Rs 10,000.
