New Delhi: Xiaomi repeated its sale-within-few-seconds feat once again on Tuesday!
Chinese handset maker's phone was sold on online shopping portal Flipkart in 2.3 seconds today. 20,000 units of the Mi3 smartphone were up for grabs on Flipkart.
The maniac sale begun at 2pm (IST).
This was the fifth flash sale and this time the company had received 75,000 registrations from the customers.
So far, the company has already sold 55,000 units in the previous four sales and it has been receiving overwhelming response in each round.
The first batch went out of stock within 40 minutes, the second batch was sold in five seconds. Its third batch sold out at a record less than two seconds and the fourth batch went off the rack in mere 2.4 seconds.
Xiaomi Mi3 features a 5.0-inch full HD display and is powered by a 2.3GHz snapdragon processor and 2GB RAM. It runs on highly customised Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system.
The price of Mi3 is mere Rs 13,999 which is giving other high-end smartphones a tough competition.
