Amitabh Bachchan promotes 'Yudh' at Bombay Stock Exchange

He also registered the company that his character owns in the show (Shanti Constructions Pvt. Ltd) on the BSE.

New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan who is all set to make his fiction debut on television with 'Yudh' was at the Bombay Stock Exchange to promote it.

Bachchan is playing the character of a real estate baron Yudhistir Sikarwar. He also registered the company that his character owns in the show (Shanti Constructions Pvt. Ltd) on the BSE.

Yudh has been co-produced by Bachchan's production company Saraswati Creations and Endemol India. The makers said that the show is expected to air on Sony television next month.

Yudh has a stellar ensemble cast with the likes of Sarika, Kay Kay Menon, Nawazuddin Siddique and Tigmanshu Dhulia among others.

Meanwhile, Bachchan had picked up 1.1 lakh shares of brokerage house Stampede Capital Ltd for an estimated ?1.21 crore last month.

Apart from Stampede Capital, Bachchan also holds stake in another listed company Just Dial. The Bollywood icon has nearly 0.09 per cent stake or 62,794 shares in Just Dial.
