New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday rejected CBI's closure report and summons as accused MP-based firm, its officials and public servants in a coal block allocation case.
Court has summoned as accused former Coal Secretary H C Gupta and two other govt officials. The hearing for the matter has been fixed on October 31.
Court has taken cognizance of charges against them of criminal conspiracy, cheating and corruption.
