New Delhi: A Saket court on Wednesday issued non bailable warrant against three other directors of Vigneshwara developers. The court has also asked Delhi police to produce the directors--Sanjay Dahiya, Daryao Singh Dahiya and Surjeet Huda.
However the court has extended remand of company's managing director Sunil Dahiya who was arrested by the Delhi Police Economic Offences Wing (EOW) last week over charges of duping several investors worth hundreds of crores.
Purportedly the directors of the real estate company allured people through media advertisements and personal assurances to invest in the twin projects. The company had promised huge returns for investing in its real estate deals.
However complaints started pouring in after the company stopped paying the promised rate of return to its investors.
