New Delhi: Budget carrier GoAir on Friday announced low price tickets for domestic travellers.
Under the scheme, customers can book GoAir flights across India between 26th to 30th June 2015 at fares starting as low as Rs 999.
The company has announced two sets of schemes. Under the scheme, one way ticket for travel period between January 27 and April 14, 2016 starts at Rs 999 while for travel between July 1 and September 30, 2015 tickets start at Rs 1299 onwards.
The company has said that limited seats have been put on offer and are subject to availability. Tickets booked under the scheme are non-refundable and cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion, the company has further mentioned.
Driven by the summer bookings, domestic air travel surged by a healthy 18.35 percent in April over the same period last year, while budget carrier IndiGo continued its market domination with more than a third of the total traffic pie in the kitty.
All Indian carriers together ferried a total of 71.27 lakh passengers in May as compared to 60.22 lakh passengers during May 2014, according to Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) data for the month.
