KPMG India Dy CEO Dinesh Kanabar to quit

He will leaving the company by end of October this year, the statement said.

Mumbai: Professional services firm KPMG on Wednesday said deputy chief executive Dinesh Kanabar has decided to quit to pursue entrepreneurial goals.

"It is time for me to make time for myself and my family. I will be moving out to start my own venture," Kanabar", who was the deputy chief executive for four years, said in a statement issued by KPMG.

He will leaving the company by end of October this year, the statement said.

The company's chief executive Richard Rekhy said Kanabar was instrumental in rejuvenating KPMG's tax practice and the markets function.

The statement did not mention anything about a successor.

"KPMG.. Will continue to aggressively invest in its growth strategy for the country given the emerging positive business environment," Rekhy said.
