Sanofi sells its Andheri building in Mumbai for Rs 111 cr

Sanofi India shares on Friday closed 0.61 percent down at Rs 4,455.85 per scrip on BSE.

New Delhi: Drug firm Sanofi India has sold its commercial property, land along with a building known as 'Aventis House' in Mumbai, for Rs 111 crore.

"The transaction has been completed on November 20, 2015, upon fulfillment of the conditions precedent and the company has received the entire sale consideration of Rs 1110 million from the purchaser," Sanofi India said in a BSE filing.

Earlier in July, the company had informed bourses that its board had approved selling of its commercial property, being land admeasuring 5,493.1 sq mts along with the building known as 'Aventis House' standing thereon, situated at Sir Mathuradas Vasanji Road, Andheri (East) Mumbai for Rs 111 crore.

Sanofi India shares on Friday closed 0.61 percent down at Rs 4,455.85 per scrip on BSE.
