Shantanu Khosla to quit from P&G Hygiene and Health, Gillette

FMCG major P&G on Wednesday said Shantanu Khosla will cease to be Managing Director of its two group firms and also exit from their boards from June 30.

New Delhi: FMCG major P&G on Wednesday said Shantanu Khosla will cease to be Managing Director of its two group firms and also exit from their boards from June 30.

In separate filings to the BSE, the two listed entities of P&G -- Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care and Gillette India -- said that "Shantanu Khosla shall cease to be the Managing Director and Director of the company with effect from June 30, 2015".

The companies, however, did not specify the reason for his exit as also his successor.

Shares of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care were trading up 0.50 per cent at Rs 6,543 on BSE.
Gillette was trading at Rs 4,485, up by 1.24 per cent from previous close.
