Snapdeal sale of residential apartments at "unbelievable offers" between Nov 8-9

New Delhi: After clothing, electronics, gadgets, home items and man more, Snapdeal is now facilitating sale of residential apartments on its Property Sale between November 8-9. 

The property fare will be offering attractive discounts on properties as well as home loans. Snapdeal has tied up with around 30 developers like Mahindra Lifespaces, Brigade, Ireo, and Godrej properties, Tata Value Homes, DLF, Purvankar, Mantri etc. The developers will be offering 1 BHK to 4 BHK apartments.

Most of the projects where the apartments are on sale are in tier 1 cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad Kolkata. A few smaller cities like Nagpur, Bhopal, Chandigarh etc also feature in the sale.

The online site has paved way for attractive offering from the partnering developers.   

Mahindra Lifespace, for examplle, has an offer of  'Pay 20% now and 80% later' for properties in Nagpur, Boisar, Pune and Banglore. Godrej Properties are offering special payment and subvention plans with SBI, in addition to cash backs, free car, AC and Car Parking, and Rs 200 off on BSP.

The Snapdeal Property Sale is also likely to facilitate attractive home loan offers and offline assistance. For instance, PNB is offering Fixed rate of 9.95% and 50% discount on processing fee. Axis bank is offering interest rate of 9.65%.  

The company launched the sale of real estate category in August 2014.
