New Delhi: Former Finance Minister and Congress leader P Chidambaram on Friday said that every government has faced the problem of Inflation.
He said that all the factors are not in government control, but it can do a lot of things.
Chidambaram said, "We also announced the delisting of fruits & vegetables from APMC list. Yesterday, Delhi under LG, announced that too".
Addressing a press conference in the national capital, Chidambaram said that, "They announced similar measures, which we announced to moderate prices. Let us see how they are able to follow it".
Chidambaram said, " I was mildly surprised when they said that they abolished the GoM's, when we demitted office, they were already dissolved"
It would be unfair to say that all GoM's did no work, he added.
"The party will be a formidable opposition. We will play the role of Resolute, Determined and Responsbile opposition," Chidambaram said.
