New Delhi: Bajaj Finance Ltd has set the floor price of its Rs 1,400 crore QIP at Rs 4,407.34 per equity share.
"Resolved...On record the floor price of Rs 4,407.34 (per equity share of Rs 10 each face value at premium of Rs 4,397.34 per equity share) of the QIP," it said in a BSE filing.
In April, the board of directors of the company and shareholders had approved the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of the equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 14,000 million to qualified institutional buyers.
Bajaj Finance Ltd shares today closed 0.57 percent up at Rs 4,341.85 apiece on the BSE.
