New Delhi: Withdrawing money from ICICI ATM has become much easier and hassle free now. ICICI bank has launched card-less cash withdrawal or fund transfer through which money can be transferred and received without having a debit card.
The fund recipient need not have a debit card or a bank account either to withdraw money from the ATM. ICICI Bank savings account customers can transfer funds. Only a mobile phone and verification code is necessary to take out money from the ICICI ATM.
The process of transferring money and receiving money has been made simpler through the use of verification code. If a person A wants to transfer money to person B, all he has to do is register the recipient's name, mobile number and address via Internet banking.
The receiver will get a six-digit verification code while the sender will get a four-digit verification over mobile SMS. The recipient can use this code for withdrawing money from the ATM.
This facility can be used from more than 10,000 ICICI ATM machines.
