New Delhi: Zee Business, part of Zee Media Corporation Ltd - India’s largest news network, is going to organise fifth edition of India’s Best Market Analyst Awards on December 13th, 2014 from 7 pm onwards at The Lalit in Mumbai.
The award acknowledges leading market analysts who have played a pivotal role in encouraging participation in the capital market.
The event will be inaugurated by Amit Shah, national president, BJP in presence of prominent industry leaders.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will also be present in the event.
Several dignitaries present at the event will honor India's finest financial market experts.
Last year, India’s Best Market Analyst Awards 2013 was the biggest event of the year in the financial world, with top honchos of India Inc attending the event and dedicating their evening to those who guide the investors of India.
The awards were held at a gala event in Ahmedabad and the chief guest of the event was Narendra Modi, now Prime Minister of India.
In a first of its kind initiative in 2010, Zee Business instituted the India's Best Market Analyst Awards.
Dedicated to honoring India's financial market experts for empowering the retail investor, the awards are a true recognition of excellence.
Broking Houses with pan India network (presence in at least 5 cities - preferably metros) are eligible for the awards provided they have been in the business for more than 3 years.
This year, the nominees that will be acknowledged in the Equity Sector are - Technical, Fundamental, Derivatives, Banking, Sectoral – FMCG, Sectoral – IT, Sectoral – Auto, Sectoral – Infrastructure, Pharma and in Commodity sector: Technical, Fundamental, Forex, Bullion, Agri and some recognition awards for industry leaders.
Nominations for the awards have been judged by an eminent jury from Equities & Commodities sector, which includes renowned names like Ashish Chauhan, Ramesh Damani, Madhusudan Kela, S K Jindal and Ashok Mittal.
Zee Business, launched in November 2004, has completed ten years and takes credit in expanding the viewership for business channels, hitherto limited to stock market trading hours.
