New Delhi: Spywares are a common threat to mobiles and can break almost all operating systems excepts Apple iOS.
According to a report, a spyware called FinSpy, designed to help Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies to remotely monitor mobile phones and tablet devices, was used to check whether various mobile operating systems could withstand snooping attempts on phone calls, contacts and other data.
After the trial, it appeared that the spyware was able to break into all forms of mobile operating platforms except Apple iOs.
The spyware was said to have break into all versions of Android, BlackBerry, Symbian, and Windows Mobile 6.1 and 6.5 but was unable to bully Apple iOS.
However, the iOS was also found vulnerable but only in 'jailbroken' mode, said the report.
