BSNL, MTNL officials among top contenders for TDSAT member post

New Delhi: BSNL's Chief General Manager P Raghavan and MTNL's Technical Director Kuldeep Singh are among the top contenders to become TDSAT Member --a position that will fall vacant when Justice S B Sinha completes his term in November, sources said.

Besides these two, the search-cum-selection committee has shortlisted MTNL's Human Resource Director S P Pachauri, they said.

Singh was also among top contenders for the post of CMD MTNL. A K Garg is the MTNL chief now.

Member of TDSAT is appointed for three years and carries pay and allowances equivalent to that of Secretary to the Government of India.
