Kolkata: Chinese telecommunication major Huawei Tuesday said it has no plan to take offline retail route to market its smartphones in the country.
"Currently, there is no plan to take the offline trade route. We will continue to sell on e-commerce platform as of now," a Huawei India official said here today.
The company today unveiled three Honor models in city. Honor is e-brand for Huawei's smartphone.
Huawei without disclosing the current marketshare in India or east, claimed in a statement that it expects seven-fold growth in eastern market by 2015.
