New Delhi: Ashiana Housing Ltd has launched another senior living project in Bhiwadi – Ashiana Nirmay.
The group’s second senior living project in Bhiwadi, Ashiana Nirmay, near Gurgaon, is being launched keeping in mind the needs of the aged people.
The prices of the residential units start at Rs.34.91 lakh for 1BHK apartment.
Spread over 8.5 acres, Ashiana Nirmay will house 624 units. The company expects the completion by July 2017 (Phase-1). The company has also prepared sample flats.
Each tower in Nirmay has a concierge desk --the residents can simply call in and get their bills paid from there, a company release said.
It has facilities like café, medical aid, activity centre having library, TV lounge, theatre and various hobby clubs.
