New Delhi: Nothing can be more horrifying for Bengaluru fans then to witness a rather abysmal start to Royal Challengers Bangalore's campaign this season where they have stumbled in five out of seven occasions with just four points to display on the points table. However, the South African international AB de Villiers feels that their side does have the spark to turn things around and be back to their usual selves.

It was a rain clad Sunday night at Eden Gardens where the team drowned in complete humiliation to lowest ever Indian Premier League total in their aim to chase a paltry 132 as set by Kolkata Knight Riders.

It was indeed a good display of bowling by the Knight Riders, with Nathan Coulter-Nile starting the attack, getting two most important wickets – first, skipper Virat Kohli in the very first over for a duck and then AB in his second over. The excitement at Eden Gardens was later catalysed by Colin de Grandhomme and Chris Woakes who took three wickets each finishing RCB's hope to survive the deliberate pace attacks in just 9.4 overs.

Post the match, Mr. 360 went on to post a heartfelt video where he said, "It’s difficult to find words after that embarrassing performance in Kolkata last night but the fact of the matter is it’s done and dusted. It’s something in the past and there is nothing we can do now to change our performance."

However, it seems that the 33-year-old does know what the team has to do as of now before they head in for their next match at home. "What we can do is to look for a solution I believe there are two things we need to — firstly, looking at ourselves in the mirror. Each and every player has to look at themselves in the mirror and find a way to become better for the rest of the tournament and find a way to up your game; secondly, opportunity. We have 7 games left for the rest of the tournament and every single game is an opportunity to find a spark and get the momentum rolling."

Virat Kohli and his men will now face defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad at Chinnaswamy stadium. Speaking about the crucial encounter today, AB said, "Tomorrow is another opportunity against the Sunrisers and we need to find a way to lit that spark. I know we can do it and I really believe that in my heart we have what it takes to turn it around again. I hope you believe it too."
