New Delhi: Bengaluru’s Indian Institute of Science is the India’s best university, according to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF).
The list released by the Human Resource Development Ministry on Monday ranked institutions of higher education in India.
Over 3,300 institutes participated in the second edition of the India Rankings.
The IISc Bengaluru was closely followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, and Banaras Hindu University.
