London: Robin Thicke was recently cornered by Twitter users, who vented out their anger through an online question and answer session, using hashtag # askthicke .

Some of the questions that the users of the micro-blogging site asked included, if the singer really write a rape anthem as a love song for his wife and is he still wondering why she left him, reportedly.

A music channel had put a call-out on the social media platform asking for questions to put to Thicke in what should have been a light-hearted probing, but the hashtag backfired.

Last year, `End Violence Against Women Coalition` group named the `Blurred Lines` singer " sexist of the year" after he said that it is a pleasure to degrade a woman.
