New Delhi: One of the most awaited movies of 2014- `Gunday` may not be a typical Valentine`s Day watch, but love-struck couples can celebrate their love by watching this retro themed movie which looks very promising.
Starring Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles, `Gunday` also stars Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan Khan.
The plot of the film is set in the backdrop of Calcutta of the 1970`s and the story revolves around young Bikram (Ranveer) and Bala (Arjun) who stick with each other in the tried and tested times. They are victims of the Bangladesh war who, later on, become famous coal bandits of Calcutta.
The music of the movie is already on top of the charts with its catchy song `Tune Maari Entriya` and other numbers such as `Jashn-e-ishqa`, `Saiyyan` and `Gunday` have become a hit among the people. Ranveer and Priyanka`s chemistry in the song `Jiya` has already set the temperature soaring but it would be interesting to see who wins the heart of the lady- Bikram or Bala.
With all its glitz, paparazzi, romance, thriller, and glamour, `Gunday` directed and written by Ali Abas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra is all set for release this Friday.
Lets see how promising the movie turns out to be. After `Jai Ho` and `Hasee Toh Phasee`, Box office is heavily counting on `Gunday`. We wish the stars all the best as the public eagerly await the movie.
