Mumbai: Ileana D`Cruz, who debuted in Bollywood with `Barfi`, recently shot with Saif Ali Khan for `Happy Ending` and says it`s fun to work with the actor.
Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, `Happy Ending` features Saif and Ileana as the lead pair.
"I am working with Saif and it was not a conscious decision to work with a Khan. It just happened. I read the script and I liked it. I am having lots of fun on sets with Saif. It`s so much fun to work with Saif," Ileana said in a group interview.
"It`s not even like I am working. It`s fun on the sets. We have finished a lot of the shooting," she added.
Before venturing into Hindi films, Ileana worked in the southern film industry. She hasn`t signed any new project down south, but asserts that she will never quit it.
She said: "I don`t think you can ever leave the southern film industry, it`s such a colourful film industry. It`s very prominent. Right now I haven`t signed anything if I have something coming up I will do it. I would not leave that industry."
Her next Hindi movie is `Phata Poster Nikla Hero` with Shahid Kapoor and she calls it a crazy film.
"It`s a crazy, mad film. I have never done such a film before. Besides, Rajkumar Santoshi`s comic timing is amazing. Nobody can match him," she said.
