Delhi Literature Festival begins on Friday

The third edition of the Delhi Literature Festival, which will begin here on April 17, will see discussions on books, authors and anything related to literature, the organisers said on Thursday.

New Delhi: The third edition of the Delhi Literature Festival, which will begin here on April 17, will see discussions on books, authors and anything related to literature, the organisers said on Thursday.

The three-day festival that will be held at Triveni Kala Sangam, Tansen Marg, would also pay special tribute to noted author Khushwant Singh and cartoonist R.K.Laxman.

Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani will inaugurate the festival that will showcase a vibrant panel of discussions, readings, workshops, talks, presentations and book launches.

The festival ends on April 19.
