The 'Single Ladies' singer took to Instagram to share a picture of her doing a cartwheel in a bikini. She treated her fans with a fun-filled photo after receiving plenty of wishes on her 33rd birthday, suggest reports.

Beyonce, who celebrated her 33rd birthday on Friday, is now vacationing with her husband, Jay Z, and their daughter, Blue Ivy, in Portofino, Italy.
