Beyonce and Jay-Z followed the openly gay couple in the PopEater.com poll.
Degeneres and Rossi received more than 25,000 votes, reports Contactmusic.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie landed the third spot.
‘Twilight’ stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, followed by Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes rounded off the top five.
