New Delhi: The auspicious festival of Onam falls during the Malayalam month of Chingam.
This festival marks the commemoration of Vamana avatara of Vishnu. Onam is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Kerala, India and is also known as the harvest festival.
Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan who loves to stay connected with his millions of fans through social networking sites, took to Twitter to share warm greeting if Onam.
