London: Michael Jackson was once offered the role of Time Lord in `Doctor Who` for the film remake of the show in the 80s.
Bill Cosby, 75, was the second choice, the Daily Star reported
The revelation comes in a new book, ` Doctor Who at The Movies`, about the many attempts to make a film of the show.
