New Delhi: The Nightingale of India - Lata Mangehkar - took to micro blogging site Twitter to pay tribute to legendary RD Burman on his 22nd death anniversary.
Taking a dip in his flawless body of work, Lata believes that his music will always be cherished.
Lata tweeted: ''"Today is R D Burman's (Pancham) 22nd death anniversary. Pancham's music and memories are alive even today and I am sure his music will continue to spread magic in future too. My heartfelt tribute to Pancham,".

Burman was married to Lata's sister Asha Bhosle.
