Mumbai: Salman Khan , who shared a few pictures of his sister Arpita’s wedding on his Instagram, took to Twitter to say that “they are married”. The superstar and his family hosted a gala ceremony to get the youngest child of their Khandaan married to her Delhi-based businessman beau Aayush Sharma. Salman’s latest tweets reflected his trademark style. He wrote:

The big brother had booked the Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad for his kid sister’s wedding on Tuesday. The ceremony was attended by industry heavyweights which included Salman’s thick buddy Aamir Khan, former ladylove Katrina Kaif, filmmakers Kabir Khan and Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra and several others. Shah Rukh Khan, who attended Arpita’s Sangeet Ceremony, gave this extravagant wedding ceremony a miss. He had gifted Arpita designer handbags, which she is fond of. Apart from Arpita's wedding, the day also marked Salman’s parents- Salim and Salma’s 50th wedding anniversary.
