New Delhi: The new lot of B-town actors are very socially conscious, and it is proved by the kind of projects and charities that they support.
Varun Dhawan too has appealed to his fans to make a promise to him for the year of 2015 to stop disrespecting women or and stop objectifying them. Here is what the young lad wrote on his Twitter timeline:
In 2015 if you follow me or even like me a little promise to not objectify women and disrespect them treat them as people
— Varun RAGHU dhawan (@Varun_dvn) January 1, 2015
At a time when rapes and other crimes against women are on the rise, Varun's message to his fans is a great way to have more people learn. Maybe his small effort will go a long way to help change the perspective of people.
Kudos Varun!
The actor is all set to appear in the action thriller 'Badlapur' which set to release in February this year.
