Los Angeles: Actress Christina Applegate has been cast in Lisa Kudrow's comedy series 'Web Therapy'.
The 42-year-old actress will play a public relations 'fixer' who offers to help Fiona Wallice (Lisa Kudrow) in the wake of a damaging NSA scandal, reportedly.
Applegate's character Jenny Bologna will also have a shocking secret that rocks Fiona's world to the core. The role will mark Applegate's return to television, following the cancellation of NBC's Up All Night in 2012.
Applegate also recently hinted at the revival of her classic comedy show 'Married... With Children' with a spin-off based around David Faustino's character Bud.
'Web Therapy' kicks off a new season ? which includes Kudrow's reunion with former 'Friends' co-star Matthew Perry ? on October 22.
