Washington: Warner Bros-New Line comedy 'Central Intelligence' has cast actress Amy Ryan as female lead opposite Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
The project, which will be helmed by Rawson Marshall Thruber, will see Johnson take the role of CIA killer while comedian Kevin Hart plays a mild mannered accountant who remembers Johnson's character being bullied in high school, and the two come together to thwart a plant to sell military secrets, Deadline.com reported.
The 'Green Zone' actress will play the role of the CIA operative chasing Johnson's character.
The film, which was penned by Ike Barinholtz and David Stassen, also stars Danielle Nicolet of 'The Game' fame, as Hart's wife and childhood love interest, and is being produced by Scott Stuber under his Bluegrass Films banner.
The movie is slated for a June 2016 release.
