New Delhi: After Leela Samson's dramatic exit from the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC), noted film producer Pahlaj Nihlani took charge as the chief. However, the board continues to remain in news.

According to reports, the CBFC has muted 'lesbian' word from the recently released film 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha'. A picture of the censor certificate has been doing the rounds on the virtual world, clearly showing what all words were replaced by the board.

Reportedly, several Hindi cuss words were replaced, however, a debate has stormed in the social media platforms after 'lesbian' word was muted in the film—some have even termed it as 'homophobic'.
