New Delhi: Call him the master of action or the king of comedy-Akshay Kumar can pull off anything with ease and grace. He has been keeping quite busy with a number of his movies scheduled to release in the coming days including `Gabbar`, `Baby` and `The Shaukeens`.

Just few days back, the Bollywood hunk took to Twitter, to release the motion poster of his upcoming flick `The Shaukeens`.

And now, the official twitter handle of the movie has released the first look of `The Shaukeens` featuring Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, Lisa Haydon, Annu Kapoor and Piyush Mishra.

 

 

In another tweet, the official twitter handle of the film revealed yet another poster from `The Shaukeens` featuring Lisa and the three older men in the star cast.

 

The dusky damsel who made her presence felt in `Queen` as Kangana Ranaut's friend, looks absolutely ravishing in the poster while the men try to keep pace with her.

 

'The Shaukeens' happens to be a remake of the 1982 comedy film 'Shaukeen', which was directed by Basu Chatterjee and had an ensemble cast which included legendary Ashok Kumar, Utpal Dutt, A. K. Hangal, Rati Agnihotri and Mithun Chakraborty.

Chatterjee’s film revolves around three old men played by Ashok Kumar, Utpal Dutt and AK Hangal – who are after a young woman (Rati Agnihotri) who is in love with a young man  essayed by Mithun Chakraborty.

In the remake, Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal and Anupam Kher will essay the roles of the three old men.

The film is expected to hit the theatres on November 7, 2014.
